The Flex Pro 15.6" that I purchased is great. It's totally compatible to my Dell 15.6" laptop.
My only issue was not knowing the status of the shipment of the order for upwards of 2 weeks (no concrete updates) until the order was almost (a day or 2) from being delivered to my residence.
The lack of information on the process was a bit bothersome. BUT, the end result - the product itself - was worth the unknown and the wait.

But we're really sorry about the delay, we strive every day to ship orders as quickly as possible. In your case, the product was delivered to the shipping company the day after your order but apparently they had problems on their end.
We will investigate internally so that this problem does not occur again.
Normally, orders reach the customer in +- 5 to 6 days.
Really easy to use and gives extra monitors looking for without needing extra desk space to put the monitors on
High quality monitors and great product. The only downside is that you have to install a driver for the monitors to work.
Great product that allows for a higher level of productivity when working from a location where you do not have access to multiple screens. Why did I wait this long!!!
Bought to use as a portable screen extension for multi day meet sessions where having extra screen space is great for me as a programmer.
Setup is easy, integration (in terms of windows going where they should) seems to work well.
The only thing I might put forth is that the setup software "looks" a little wacky, but it does work and I don't see it after it's installed and everything else works normally.
Would buy again.

I like the product but 1/3 screens has never worked. I just wish I had gotten a 2x screen for mobility. Difficult to put kickstand down especially for a screen that doesn’t work. I think it’s a useful tool but if mobility is of any concern don’t choose this model.
I've only used the product once so far, but it was awesome! It is a bit heavy if carrying in a backpack + laptop, but not too crazy.
The monitor has been great so far. The only issues I have with it are: 1. the timing of the shipment-- it was almost a full month from the time the monitor was ordered to the time that it was received, and 2. the Mono is advertised with a stand, and my order did not come with a stand.
Bought this for my husband and he loves it. The screen is good quality and easy to use.

Super clear site that lets us know what we're buying. However, once I received the product I found that it was very large. I couldn't fit it in my backpack, which is a problem.
