For customers who purchased a device through our webshop, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the delivery date, allowing you to try it risk-free. You can return the accessories that came with your portable monitor, but separately purchased accessories are not covered by this guarantee. The 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies only to purchases made in our webshop. If you bought your device elsewhere, please contact the place of purchase for return instructions.
If you decide the portable monitor isn’t right for you, we offer a full refund within the first 14 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a refund, returns must include all items from your original order (if applicable). For security reasons, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method and payee.
Warranty
All our portable monitors come with a one-years warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues with your device within this period, please contact our customer support team, and we'll be happy to assist you with a repair or replacement.

- For Windows 10/11 systems, normally the driver will be installed automatically if the laptop is connected to the internet.
- For Macbooks, you have to install the driver manually. Load the driver by inserting the USB disk into the laptop.

What an incredible tool for productivity. Works perfectly with my 16-inch Macbook. Always 2 screens connectable with a single USB-C and the 3rd if I really need it on the go I plug it into my powerbank. Very happy with the product, I highly recommend!!!!
I highly recommend it.. no issues so far
Good Product in the overall. Easy to install and use.
I like the product but 1/3 screens has never worked. I just wish I had gotten a 2x screen for mobility. Difficult to put kickstand down especially for a screen that doesn’t work. I think it’s a useful tool but if mobility is of any concern don’t choose this model.
What a tremendous addition to my traveling office!!
